Ed Gray, owner of Florida Movement Therapy Centers, is a Certified Wellness Coach and Physical Therapist, who believes that exercise is good for your brain as well as your body! He will provide a primer on Senior solutions for healthy living and aging well. Ed will also cover proactive steps to take for Senior safety in the home.
