Presentation: Mentoring Millennials for Leadership Roles

Having a hard time figuring out Millennials - who they are and what they want? John will discuss the key factors that drive this generation to be engaged in their career and community. Understanding the traits of 18 to 34 year olds will provide tools to help in professional development and community involvement. John will guide the audience to a better understanding of how to inspire younger peers to carry the torch of involvement for the senior community.

At this meeting we will also be voting on proposed by-law changes. The amendments would:

Increase the number of Directors from 11 to 12
Give the President a full vote
Give the Immediate Past President a vote only to break ties & count for a Quorum
Add the Public Relations & Grants Committees as Standing Committees
Make the Chairs of Public Relations & Grants Board Members
Leave 2 At-Large Board Positions
