Partnership for Aging September Meeting:
Overview of Jewish Religion and Culture
With Michael Brodie
September 14, 2018
This time of year is a special time for many Jews. Come find out why. Why are certain foods and practices popular at certain times of the year? How do Jews view death and dying?
There are 254,300 Jews in the county, representing more than 20 percent of the overall population of about 1.2 million. That means one out of every five local residents is Jewish.
